Advanced production technology :
Marumerization:
- Consist of cold extrusion, spheronization and sifter processes. The extrusion process can go up to 60℃
- Create super micro pellets: 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5 mm pellet sizes
- Preserve nutrient values by preventing proteins from being denatured and protecting vitamin B & C groups
- Improve digestibility and water stability of the particles
Micro-extrusion:
- Consist of standard extrusion and sifter processes. The extrusion process can go up to 120-125℃.
- Create micro pellets
- Ensure good homogeneity in particle size
- Improve water stability of the particles
