Asia Aquaculture Commercial Manager
Marc Campet is in charge of the aquaculture business strategy. Having more than 20 years of experience in the field, in Southeast Asia particularly, Marc has taken on a wide variety of positions that makes him an expert in Asia aquaculture. Before coming to ADM, Marc served as Regional Aqua R&D manager at Virbac. He brings his knowledge to develop innovative solutions for better feeding for shrimp and fish. With a master’s degree in International Agriculture Development, he has a firm foundation in conducting research. Marc has led multiple key projects that contribute to the know-how and technical knowledge for the aquaculture industry in Asia. The extensive knowledge on multiple species allows him to work comfortably in different production systems.
MINH ANH PHAM
Asia R&D Manager
Dr. Pham received his PhD in Aquaculture Nutrition from Jeju National University, Korea and completed his postdoc at Gangneung-Wonju National University. Before joining ADM, he was the Aqua R&D Center manager at Novus International in Vietnam. He is currently a member of the Global Product Development and Application Committee of ADM and oversees all R&D centers for animal nutrition in Asia. In aquaculture, he is directly involved in various research and developmental programs. He also leads the development of sustainable farming system for white leg shrimps that proves to have higher success rates in the shrimp farming community.
SJOERD BAKKER
Asia Aquaculture Feed Export Manager
Sjoerd has been at ADM for 6 years under different roles, specializing in aquaculture. He has led many key projects in developing aquaculture products and services in Asia for multiple brands of ADM.
HENRY CUONG
Asia Aquaculture Technical Manager
Henry has been doing research on the Vietnamese aquaculture species since he started off his professional career as a freshmen in college. He took on many roles that allow him to understand the aquaculture industry as a whole. Before ADM, Henry held many managerial positions in Bayer Vietnam for over than a decade. He also managed the Strategic Marketing team at Cargill . His expertise in both technical and marketing contributes to the development in products marketing campaign at Ocialis.
